Location & Price
The complex is very new, and was constructed in 2007. All the apartments have air conditioning (one or two units, depending).  The kitchens, some constructed with marble, are complete with all the necessities (listed under services).
All prices are per rental accommodation and per week, which include:  the consumption of water and gas. Beds for kids and adults (if available) are to be requested at the time of booking and are not included in the price. 

These are also NOT included in the price:
- Bed linen and towels (can be rented)
- final cleaning before departure

To book a reservation you must first fill out the Reservation Form (which can be accessed online). Once all information is received you will need to send a deposit equal to 50% of the rental price. The payment should be paid in full once the key is given for the apartment. Checks are not accepted, if unable to make the cash payment you can pay the sum in advance with a money order or wire transfer. Once the wire transfer is done, communicate to the owner the C.R.O number the bank gives you at time of the transfer.

Time of Arrival and Departure
Our rental lease, except in low seasons, go from Saturday to Saturday. Arrivals are scheduled after 5 pm until 8 pm.  Guests must leave the residence no later than 10 am to allow for cleaning services to be done prior to other guest arrivals. Any changes in regards to arrival and departure hours must be in accordance with the owner along with a written and signed confirmation.

Number of Guests
Only the numbers of individuals declared at the time of booking are allowed to occupy the property. Any additional people prior to or during the term of lease are not accepted unless previously agreed with the owner, as the price may vary. The number of guests (adults and children) cannot exceed the number of beds declared at the time of booking. 

Animals are NOT ALLOWED

Arrival and Security Deposit
It is best to telephone a few days in advance before arriving, so that we can make sure everything is ready as desired.  At arrival guests must give a security deposit based on the type of apartment rented, from 100 Euros for the two family and 300 Euros for the three family. The security deposit will be returned once the apartment is checked to make sure nothing is missing or damaged.
• Any damage or missing articles of the apartment will result in the loss of a returned security deposit. 

Cleaning and External Maintenance
Everything in the apartment is cleaned and functioning properly upon arrival. The guests are expected to leave the apartment in the condition which it was found. If the apartment is not returned in the condition referred to above, the owner is authorized to withhold the security deposit for additional cleaning costs or damage. The owner or his representative has free access to the property to perform necessary maintenance operations (gardening, pool cleaning, etc.)

In order to cancel a reservation you must send a letter via fax or e-mail. NO reimbursement will be given for early or delayed arrivals. Guests must come on the day booked for arrival, no earlier or no later.
